Webkinz Secret Recipes

Did you know there were Webkinz secret recipes not found in the cookbooks for sale in the W Shop? The recipes in the cookbooks are fun, and many make healthy foods to feed your pet, but some recipes are harder to come by.

Vsit our Webkinz secret recipe list for those hard to find recipes or check out the online Webkinz recipe videos in our video page!

To make any of the Webkinz recipes, you’ll need one of the following items that can be purchased in the W Shop:

  • Stove, Grill or Cauldron—these are usually interchangeable
  • Sandwich Maker
  • Blender

Each recipes gives the food items you’ll need to combine with one of the appliances above to make cool recipes for your Webkinz pet. You can buy all the ingredients in the W Shop if you don’t have them already. For instance, your stove combined with cola, cream soda and licorice makes a Fizzletwist Pop. Cookies, a banana, ice cream and your blender create a secret recipe concoction called a Cookie Tornado. Cake, cherries and chocolate in your sandwich maker become a Black Forest Sandwich.

There are dozens of recipes in the Webkinz cookbooks, but you can try combinations of your own, too. Sometimes you’ll make a recipe you didn’t know existed, and sometimes you’ll be congratulated for making goo or glop!

Many of the Webkinz recipes have memorable names, and before the ‘secret’ gets out, it’s fun to try to figure out what ingredients would make up things with names like Blustagush, Bouncaleafulls, Chudga Bugs, Flaneur Vasserfreezen, Florbuzall Buggaburst, Fluffed Snuglapuffin, and Wacky Grazzdotazz!

Learn About Wise Spending
Each recipe, when fed to your pet, will raise the hunger, health and happiness meters higher just as feeding your pet individual foods will. But the amounts vary, so some recipes will fill your pet’s belly, while others don’t raise the hunger meter very much but send the happiness meter soaring. If you pay attention to how much each recipe costs, and how much the meters go up, you can be a wise shopper in the W Shop.

For instance, Veggie Dip (mushrooms, tomato soup, milk, blender) will raise your pet’s hunger and health meters 8 points each, but the happiness meter will only raise 1 point. The cost of the ingredients to make it is $14 in KinzCash, and it raises your pet’s meters by 17 points. So you paid 82 cents per point.

The Webkinz Jambalaya (hot dog, white rice, shrimp, stove/cauldron/grill) raises the hunger meter a whopping 22 points, while raising health by 6 and happiness goes up 7 points. The cost for the ingredients is much more at $22, but that raises your pet’s meters by 35 points. You spent only 74 cents a point—that’s a better bargain!
